Join us for a leadership workshop that will help you and your team better manage their stress through these trying times and as you prepare to reopen. This session will cover skills and approaches for leadership as we move towards the reopening phase. We will touch on self-care, communication, stability, and 2 areas of the Psychological
Health and Safety Standards. Participant's will have some take-away tools and a list of resources. |
About the Speaker: Susan Carr, Community Healthcare Consulting
Susan’s credentials include: Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner, Certified Psychosocial Rehabilitation Recovery Practitioner, Geriatric Certificate, Member of Canadian College of Health Leaders, Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator, Compassion Fatigue Trainer, and National level judge with Equestrian Canada (the National Federation governing this sport in Canada). |
