Participant's will have some take-away tools and a list of resources.\n			\n		\n		\n			\n			About the Speaker: Susan Carr\, Community Healthcare Consulting\n\n			Susan Carr is the President and CEO of Community Health Consulting\, which is the culmination of almost 30 years experience and understands the needs of agencies supporting vulnerable populations. She has developed and supported several staff teams in the health and social services fields\, and can share her tools and knowledge with your organizations.\n\n			Susan's credentials include: Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner\, Certified Psychosocial Rehabilitation Recovery Practitioner\, Geriatric Certificate\, Member of Canadian College of Health Leaders\, Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator\, Compassion Fatigue Trainer\, and National level judge with Equestrian Canada (the National Federation governing this sport in Canada).
