The Intelligent Change Management Think Tank for Human Rights - founded by Dr. Alan Bostakian - is a federally registered Canadian not-for-profit organization, which is also registered in Ontario. It provides advisory, research and education services on Change Management and Change Leadership. It also develops events and training programs related to Persian and Iranian communities.
