Georgian College is the perfect location for conferences, annual general meetings, trade shows, youth and sports camps, religious retreats and corporate training. Multi-day events are our specialty with options for meetings, meals, and socializing all in one location From May to August overnight accommodations are also available.

Let our onsite professional meeting planners assist in making your event a success. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering for 10 or a large conference for 1,000 - Georgian Conference & Event Services will make your experience unforgettable. Choose from a selection of menus and food service venues to suit all budgets and group sizes.

Boardrooms (4-18 capacity), Classrooms (20-60 capacity) and Lecture Theatres (up to 300) all include standard A/V. Our ABSC Event Space is ideal for professional events and can accommodate up to 200 in a variety of seating arrangements. The Last Class Lounge or Georgian Dining Room create wonderful environments for holiday parties or special occasions. Computer Labs and specialty academic spaces or labs enhance attendees learning experiences for attendees and open concept foyers offer convenient Exhibit Spaces (up 20, 000 sq. ft.).

Our Athletics Centre is Barrie's largest event space and can accommodate up to 1500 people for large scale events or Banquet seating for up to 700. Sport rentals are also available or can be done during your event programming in our indoor or outdoor recreation facilities.

Video or filming is also welcome on our Barrie Campus.
