Barrie Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation was incorporated in 1994 to provide and operate housing accommodations and recreational facilities primarily for persons of low or modest income at rental rates below current market rates. Barrie Housing’s objectives also include the purchase, lease, and otherwise acquire and hold, enjoy, manage, develop and improve lands and buildings and interests therein.
The portfolio comprises 964 apartments and townhouses.
