Balanced Life therapy has been offering in-person appointments for Individuals, Couples, Groups and Teens since 2009. We've been providing virtual services throughout Ontario since 2020.
We are centrally located in Barrie, Ontario. Our office is a warm, modern, clean, and welcoming environment.
Client care is paramount and we strive to meet our clients where they're at by creating a safe, non-judgmental space as they pursue their own personal exploration and growth while working with our team of highly trained therapists. We are currently accepting new clients, no referral required!
