This is formal notice of a Special Meeting of Members of the Greater Barrie Chamber of Commerce to review and ratify the Chamber’s updated By-Laws. This notice is being issued more than 30 days in advance, in accordance with our current notice requirements for a by-law ratification vote found in Article 3 - Meetings of the Members and Article 12 Notices

Who can vote

• Each voting representative is entitled to one (1) vote.
• Where the Member is an organization, the organization must designate an individual voting representative to cast the vote on its behalf.
• Proxy voting is permitted in accordance with the By-Laws. Proxy forms are attached to this notice

What we’re voting on

• A resolution to approve (ratify) the updated By-Laws
