Jon Weening
Jon has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years in 5 businesses - ranging from real estate ventures, to dealerships to manufacturing - all prior to becoming a Certified EOS Implementer®. Two were successful and three not so much, but all were great learning opportunities! The last of those businesses was scaled from $1M and losing money, to $7M with healthy profits.
After exiting that business in 2019, Jon has worked with leadership teams of growth-oriented private companies ranging from $2M to $50M in size, helping them scale with the proven time-tested Entrepreneurial Operating System®, better known as EOS®. Jon is also a ProfitWorks Certified CoachTM and a speaker for conferences, trade shows, and business summits.
Jon lives in Barrie Ontario with his beautiful wife Kristin. Together they have four young adult kids.
