Appetizer - Fresh cut mixed greens with a medley of crisp beets, cherry tomatoes, and pickled red onions served with Bianco White Balsamic (Olive Oil Co Inc) and horseradish vinaigrette.
Entrée - 4oz Chicken Breast and a 4oz Beef Tenderloin finished with Red wine Jus served with roasted sweet potatoes and Chefs vegetable medley using Herbes de Provence Olive Oil (Olive Oil Co Inc)

Regular Tickets on Sale, Tickets Close Oct 11 We are pleased to offer a carefully curated gala menu that includes both a delicious chicken and tenderloin entrée for our signature meal and a thoughtfully prepared vegan option to accommodate a range of dietary preferences. Both meals are crafted by our talented chefs to deliver a delicious dining experience. To ensure we can accommodate any specific dietary needs, please inform us of your requirements by October 16th at 2pm. After this date, we will assume you are happy to enjoy our signature meal option. We look forward to sharing this dining experience with you!
