Toyota Production System (TPS) Simulation Workshop
This hands-on workshop provides leaders a step-by-step implementation process for transforming your business, using continuous improvement and continuous innovation, regardless of industry type. Other highlights include common challenges and solutions, as well as focusing on the central role of leadership in successful cultural transformations.
