The Barrie Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Georgian College to bring mindful leadership and sales training to you! These one-day workshops are for local executives, entrepreneurs, and team leaders, and will be conveniently held at the Barrie Chamber of Commerce office.

Strategic marketing drives organizational success for businesses by translating customer desires into effective strategies. Learn to assess market opportunities, segment target markets, and create strategies and tactics that help achieve organizational goals. Build a solid foundation and develop skills across the spectrum of marketing activity, from research, through strategy development and planning, sales, digital marketing and social media, and persuasive communication across media platforms.

Disruption is causing businesses to face marketing and technology challenges more rapidly than ever before, but with change comes opportunity. Chris works with businesses to understand how to scale and build growth that have not yet been visioned using innovative marketing, funding, technology and digital transformation approaches.

Chris and his team at Adams Hamilton specialize in digital marketing strategy, technology innovation, funding mechanisms and business advisory services.

Chris loves when all aspects of product design align with overall organizational goals to produce exceptional customer experiences.

Chris’ philosophy is that start-ups are built on great ideas, team structure, product strategy, execution and agility, and that truly listening and understanding the needs of each customer and partner is crucial to success. These beliefs are core to the success of AdamsHamilton and his previous start-ups, that include gShift, Hot Banana Software, a web content management system, and cgk Technologies, an Internet marketing and application development company. (Note: Both Hot Banana and cgk were acquired by a publicly-traded company, Lyris in 2006.)

When Chris is not advising start-ups, he is a dedicated father, sailboat racer, cultural supporter, member of the rock band Sonic Coalition, Barrie Yacht Club board member and has been a Barrie Film Festival Board Member for the past 14 years. He is passionate about contributing to the community, by helping to build a sense of place within the City of Barrie.
