Getting Connected
Networking is the lifeblood of a word of mouth campaign, one of the most efficient and cost-effective ways of marketing. We’ll explore techniques to effectively relate to one another and find the resources we need through networking. Let’s not just talk about it – let’s connect. (A portion of this discussion will be interactive.)
From opening a conversation to finding great resources, we’ll look at what to say, and what to do to discover meaningful connections.
Speaker: Patricia Dent - CEO of Grow Vantage
Patricia is the business mentor and CEO of Grow Vantage, with over 25 years of business experience from start-up to corporate, who works with entrepreneurs to design, launch and grow their businesses. She serves on the Barrie Chamber of Commerce Board and is a sponsor of The Creative Space, a co-working entrepreneurial incubator in Barrie. She is also a co-founder of Small Business Connect, a grass roots organization that fills a gap for low-cost and local small business networking.

Please Register before 10:00am on the day prior to the event. Registrations after that time may not be accepted.
If you are unable to attend, please call 721-5000 to cancel before 12:00pm on the Monday prior to the event. Those who are pre-registered but do not attend and have not canceled will be charged for lunch.
