Position description:
- Review and follow up with brokers on outstanding abeyances
- Invoice policy changes and policy renewals
- Prepare renewal letters, policy change requests, company memos and cancellation requests
- Maintain and update client files within our broker management system (TAM Online)
- Assist in setting up new client files
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Use Applied Rating Services and insurance company portals to quote new business and policy changes
- Prepare outgoing mail and courier
