SUMMARY:Women in Leadership Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Women's Leadership Retreat\n\n\n\nInternational Women's Month is approaching and professional growth and development is critical to business success\, especially for women.  For women in positions of authority\, this daylong session is designed to help you become a more effective leader.\n\n\n\nThe session runs from 9 am to 4 pm on Friday\, March 31. It uses Equine Assisted Learning methodologies to enhance professional growth and self learning. Topics include self awareness\, boundaries\, communication\, and leadership. There is no riding involved\, but participants will be in contact with horses.\n\n\n\nAll people who identify as women or non-binary individuals are welcome.\n\n\n\nPre-registration is required. You must be 18 year or older to participate.  Session held near Barrie ON. Directions will be provided to registered individuals.  Cost is $375 per person (plus HST).
