DESCRIPTION:REGISTER TODAY!\n\n\n\nTAP provides a hands-on workshop delivering access to Canada's top exporting advisors\, resources\, and contact network. TAP's competitive advantage is in its ecosystem model bringing in private and public sector experts in exporting and business strategy to provide\, in detail\, each of the areas a business needs to think about when doing business overseas. Ultimately\, participants of the program will be trade-ready and able to export their goods internationally.\n\n\n\nThe program takes place over the course of 6 weeks requiring 4 full days of participation to deliver a finalised Strategic Export Business Plan assessed and mentored by our industry leading partners and sponsors. Consisting of a Two-day Workshop covering all the basic knowledge needed to support companies growing globally. Presentations include: Financial/Banking\, Accounting\, Grants/Government Assistance\, International Sales/Marketing with the Export Plan Day following just over a week to work hands-on with the group of companies to develop their export plan and the final Mentoring Day taking place 4 weeks later\, where the export plan is presented and reviewed by the industry experts.\n\n \n\nThe upcoming cohort dates are indicated below:\n\n \n\n\n \n \n Month / Year\n 2 Day Seminar\n Export Plan Day\n Mentoring Day \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n January 14\, 2019\, 9 am\n TAP Orientation Conference Call\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n February 2019\n February 5 & 6\, 2019\n February 14\, 2019\n March 21\, 2019\n \n \n\n\nTAP is designed to help businesses develop and activate a market entry strategy. The program leverages expertise and resources from a vast network of program partners and sponsors including Export Development Canada\, Business Development Bank of Canada\, Royal Bank of Canada\, United Parcel Services\, Cadesky Tax\, Global Affairs Canada\, Ontario Ministry of International Trade\, and the City of Toronto to address the following:\n\n\n Navigate complexities of the global trade ecosystem\;\n Leverage trade and investment resources\;\n Access tailored\, one-on-one coaching\;\n Learn about international best-practices\;\n Accelerate export readiness\; and\n Expand global trade footprint and grow revenues.
