Gerald Fluge and Trisha Cuthbertson have established a reputation as being instructors who are "knowledgeable\, good speakers\, who share relevant experiences with good discussion\, fun. Leaders who can offer good role playing opportunities\, excellent inter-activity\, keep it fun & interesting\, are able to answer all questions\, make the course an enjoyable experience."\n\nTrisha came to first aid about 15 years ago when\, as a mother of 3 children aged 13\, 8 and 5\, she decided that office work was not for her. Her kids' swimming instructor said "we need Moms in the daytime\, why don't you try it?" So\, step 1\, she learned how to swim! The next two years consisted of evening and weekend classes and hours at the pool to practice\, culminating in the successful completion of her Instructor and Lifeguard certifications. She was hired on by the Barrie YMCA\, and later by the City of Barrie\, where she completed further qualifications to become an Instructor/Trainer. Presently\, Trisha offers First Aid training\, Swim Instructor Training\, and Babysitter courses.\n\nAbout Lunch N Learn:\n\nWe all need to find a healthy balance between business and family life.
