Bob has worked in tech in one form or another since 1999\, including with the major telecommunications providers. His expertise ranges from security systems\, to audio/visual\, to IT\, and HGTV personalities Mike Holmes\, Bryan Baeumler\, and Scott McGillivray have relied on that expertise for their home improvement projects.\n\nOutstanding customer relations has always been Bob's goal and his strength. He hands out the straight goods about what he's doing and why he's doing it\, equipping his customers to make smart decisions about the systems they rely on.\n\nBob received his degree from the University of Toronto\, and is also trained in wireless telecommunications and networking management. His experience includes technical customer support\; sophisticated troubleshooting\; satellite installation and repair\; business development and marketing\; and online relationship management. Since 2005\, he's been a feisty entrepreneur\, managing and growing his own technical support and consulting enterprise.\n\nToday\, Bob is pretty darned excited to be educating others about tech topics\, being an entrepreneur\, and social media\, through impassioned talks and avid networking.
