People don't leave a job\, they leave a boss  we all know this. So improving your leadership skills will reduce turnover and improve the quality and effectiveness of the team.\n\n\n\nFall is a time for sharpening our tools and preparing for the final push as we head into the last quarter of the year with an engaged and supported team. This is a perfect time to upgrade and improve your skills.\n\n\n\nThis experiential learning session uses the power of horses to better understand our human interactions in the areas of self awareness\, leadership\, communication\, and group dynamics. There is no riding of horses. Activities will be done through observation and working from the ground.\n\n\n\nJoin us on Sept 20 from 9 am to noon for a session to improve your leadership skills and get the most from you and your team.\n\n\n\nTo book your spot: Payment is required in advance.
