DESCRIPTION:On September 22\, 2021\, the government of Ontario\, in consultation with the Chief Medical Officer of Health\, will require people to be fully vaccinated and provide proof of their vaccination status to access certain businesses and settings. What does this mean for your business? How will it impact your employees?\n\n			In this workshop\, employment lawyer\, Joshua Valler of Barriston Law\, will share legal insights on this new public health measure\, how it can impact your employee relationships\, and how you can best prepare.\n			\n		\n		\n			\n			Joshua Valler\, Barriston Law \n\n			Joshua is a Senior Associate Lawyer at Barriston Law practicing in the areas of Employment Law and Civil / Commercial Litigation. Josh passed the bar in 2016 after graduating with honours from the J.D. program at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law. Prior to practicing law\, Joshua worked in various capacities for the Federal Government including roles as a Special Assistant to the Member of Parliament for Barrie\, a Legislative Assistant to a Senator\, and as a Special Assistant to the Minister of National Defence. Since the beginning of the pandemic\, Josh has stayed committed to providing up-to-date information surrounding employment law and COVID to the business community.
