Doug often writes and speaks on employment law issues on topics as diverse as: terminating employees for social media postings\, the implications of the sharing economy on Ontario's labour laws\, and an employer's obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. In addition to providing legal advice\, Doug is a trusted advisor to his clients. In this regard\, he graduated from Western University's Ivy School of Business\, runs his own business and he understands the non-legal aspects of operating a business.
