Dale comes with a background in Business Administration\, specializing in human resources\, marketing\, and leadership. Through the Safer Spaces program\, Dale provides organizational assessments\, professional development workshops\, and consultation services to create more inclusive programs and workplaces for 2S-LGBTQ+ communities.
